SUGARED BOURBON PECANS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions

Cook first six ingredients together until the mixture reaches soft ball stage. Stir in two cups pecan halves and spread out on wax paper to cool.
