CRACKER PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Regular Sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Pecan Pieces
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 20 Saltine Crackers (crumbled up)
  • 1 Pie Crust, Handmade or Frozen

Directions

Beat the egg whites. Stir in the remaining ingredients to the egg white mixture. Pour all the ingredients into the pie crust.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Serve With Cool Whip.
