• 1 cup of chopped pecans or pecan pieces.
  • 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar.
  • ½ cup of flour.
  • 2 large eggs.
  • ½ cup of melted butter.


Preheat the oven at about 350 degrees. Place the baking cups in a 12 serving muffin pan or grease the muffin pan with cooking spray if not using baking cups. In a big bowl, add the pecans, brown sugar, and flour. Beat the eggs completely and add the melted butter. Over the dry ingredients, pour the egg mixture and blend until fully coated. Spoon the batter into 2/3 cups and bake for about 20-25 minutes Move to the racks after baking
