SMOKEY CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 cup chopped, toasted pecans

Directions

Let cheeses come to room temperature. Blend cheeses and liquid smoke together until smooth. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
